▸ What entrance to the building should I use for the event?
The event will be held in the downstairs training room of EMERGE's Spartanburg clinic. You should enter the side door of the building by the concrete staircase (to the right of the parking lot, facing the building from the street). There will be signs outside directing you to the correct entrance.
▸ What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be permitted up to 7 days prior to the event. If you need a refund, please contact the Workshop Coordinator, Sherry Kay Fulmer at registration@emergeftc.org for your refund request to be processed.
▸ Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need a printed ticket. Save a copy of your email confirmation for your records.

▸ Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Your ticket may only be used for this event.
▸ Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on the ticket must match the name of the person attending the event. If you plan to buy a ticket for someone else, make sure to register with the name and email of the person planning to attend the event.
▸ How do I receive CE credit for this workshop?
After the workshop you will receive an online evaluation. Once your evaluation is submitted electronically, you will be emailed a copy of your workshop certificate.
▸ How is EMERGE approaching safety during COVID-19?
All who enter the building will be screened for COVID-19. Limited tickets are available for in-person events, and we are offering online tickets for some events. For those who attend in person, face masks are required and seating is spaced 6 feet apart. Our workshop rooms are also sanitized before and after events.
