By opting to be communicated by your therapist via SMS communication, you agree to receive up to 5 messages per week related to appointment reminders, billing/payment reminders, and other relevant notifications. Message frequency may vary based on user engagement and client need.

Opt-In Process

To subscribe to our SMS communications, users must provide explicit consent by texting 'START' to 864-900-4724. Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation message stating: "You’ve successfully subscribed to EMERGE SMS alerts. Standard message and data rates may apply."

Opt-Out Process

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe, text 'STOP' to 864-900-4724. You will receive a confirmation message stating: "You have unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from EMERGE.”
