By opting to be communicated by your therapist via SMS communication, you agree to receive up to 5 messages per week related to appointment reminders, billing/payment reminders, and other relevant notifications. Message frequency may vary based on user engagement and client need.

Opt-In Process

To subscribe to EMERGE SMS communications, text START to 864-900-4724.

Upon subscribing, users will receive a confirmation message stating: "Thank you for opting into SMS communication from EMERGE. You may receive 5 messages per week. Reply STOP to 864-900-4724 to opt-out of SMS communication. For assistance, text HELP to 864-900-4724. Message & data rates may apply.”

Opt-Out Process

Users may opt-out of receiving SMS communications at any time. To opt-out, text STOP to 864-900-4724.

By texting STOP to 864-900-4724, users will be automatically opted-out of EMERGE SMS communications and will receive a confirmation message stating: "You have unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS communication from EMERGE. To opt back in at any time reply START.”
